Thanks Jesse! I have to agree with you, I do still enjoy the canned stuff now and then, in my own privacy, don't tell ;) The difference however, is so night and day.

Sure is Kevin. The best part is making a big batch and freezing it. I always have some on hand.

I was the exact opposite. I think I was in high school before I learned that most people get cranberry sauce out of a can. I have a lot of affection for that sweet jammy canned stuff, but it's a totally different thing from the real thing. It looks great - I can't wait until American Thanksgiving!
